Your custom meal plan will be designed with calculated exact caloric and macronutrient intake for your goals with easy-to-follow daily recipes and a complimentary shopping list. This will bring an end to all guesswork as far as nutrition goes.
TRAINING PROGRAM
I will use the information you’ve given me and create your custom training program. This will bring an end to all guesswork as far as training goes.

You’ll be able to access your plan directly on your phone where you can upload pictures, measurements + sync with wearable fitness devices.

Your Program includes an onboarding call to discuss your program and your expected results. Plus, a monthly review call, weekly check-in, and unlimited instant messaging support.

You can book a telephone consultation with Coach Scott where we will go over all variables surrounding your goals and decide which plan will be ideal for you based on those variables.
It has been proven that having the additional accountability and support is an effective way to reach your goal in the most time efficient manner. Coaching will also help to keep you motivated especially when plateaus or personal life challenges kicks in.
All programs are custom designed and backed with the scientific approach. The program is not a quick fix or magical pill. It is designed to bring you results once you aspire and work hard enough to achieve those changes. This simply means that you’ll need to put in the effort day in and out to make changes.
No, gym can be optional for the individual client. You can request an at home training program instead of one geared towards using more gym equipment.
You can allow up to 24 – 72hrs for the program to be fully developed based on the client preferences. Once the programmed is completed it will then be email to the address provided upon signup.
